I wish I had a better excuse but I don't. I know it's the same thing everytime, maybe I think no one's interested in hearing my day-to-day ramblings but Erin says SHE is, so here I am rambling. Blame her!!
I love, love, LOVE that I can now post wirelessly, thanks to the awesome 'puter skillz of my equally awesome boyfriend. He updated my operating system to Mac OS 10.2.8 on my iBook (I was running OS9 before!) and even did the research to find a wireless USB thingie that's compatable on such an old compy. <3 <3
Sadly I've had this technology for almost two months and it's taken me this long to elaborate on it.
In other fairly boring news, Western Mass is about to be swept away down the Connecticut. Thankfully Springfield doesn't have any local flooding (yet), but Northampton looks pretty bad and Westfield called a state of emergency (I think). Yikes. I am so sick of rain it's unbelievable but there is some proof that I saw some blue sky the other day. That's pretty pathetic, to get excited about a fleeting patch of blue and temperatures rising above 50 but it's the truth.

Lord, I hope that works, but I'm not going to try to fix it tonight if it doesn't. No browser works perfectly on this ancient machine. Just trust me, there's some blue sky there.
I can't believe I'm writing about the weather. BUT. This funk I'm in is largely connected to the weather crisis and I'm VERY excited that noaa.org says that this ENTIRE weekend is supposed to be sunny and above 60 degrees. If that's true, my quality of life will improve vastly.
Things to elaborate on later:
- work is stressful, when you have to do the work of two people
- weight watchers works better when you actually work out
- desperate need for a disney world vacation is growing and growing
- umm, i'm sure there's more, as always, because i can't sign off of a post without saying otherwise
