I want to punch Target Guest Services IN THE FACE.

All I want to do is reset my online login so I can pay my Target Card.

Why is it that when I call their 800 number, the menu options go in circles and refuse to connect me to someone? And I KNOW they're open today because there's no way a national retailer would shut off their call center on their busiest shopping day.

Is this why so many people are frustrated with OUR phone system?

ARGH.
